This goblet was made from a locally sourced Cherry Tree here in Cranford and was my first goblet. It is laminant of cherry and maple with red velvet felt bottom. It stands 8 inches tall and is a little over 4.5 inches in diameter.

    (Prunus serotina) features heartwood in reddish brown to deep red, with brown flecks, and will naturally darken with age. Sourced in Cranford, NJ

    MAPLE

    (Acer saccharum) sapwood color ranges from nearly white, to an off-white cream color, sometimes with a reddish or golden hue. The heartwood tends to be a darker reddish brown.
