This beautiful charcuterie board was milled from a locally sourced naturally fallen cherry tree here in Cranford. The slabs were seasoned for over a year to reach a moisture content to eliminate worry of warping and cracks. This piece is 11.25 inches by 14 inches and close to an inch in thickness. It features an Indian Red epoxy resin which mimics flowing water, which is why it is traditionally refered to as a River Board. One side has a chamferred edge roughly a quarter of an inch around the perimeter and the other was left square. I do want to note that this is a charcuterie type board due to the orientation of the woods grain (meaning it will show knife marks).
The Bowl is a beautiful piece of Maple Burl and Indian Red Epoxy Resin. Bowl measures a little over 2 inches tall and is roughly 3.75 inches in diameter. It is a true work of art with the tight burl eye grain patterns.
